Waves of Transformations: Emotions, Ethics, Environment

This year’s international congress will be an opportunity to ask questions about the future.

In light of the growing need for change, we have the ability to take important steps to deliver long-term results as a team. “Waves of Transformation: Emotions, Ethics, Environment” is an event that brings together groups of independent experts focused mainly in the field of project management.

We hope that thanks to the initiative and the space we create, we also enable specialists to ask questions, raise concerns and share their own visions of reformation as we ensure them that they have the support they need. In the end, our very main objective is to change our beliefs to prioritize the greater good in the flight for a better future.

Ai Ai Ai, What Happens to Our Way of Working?

ABOUT Speech: In a world captivated by artificial intelligence (AI), where ChatGPT, deep learning, and Large Language Models dominate the headlines, a remarkable transformation is underway. While the debate rages on about job displacement versus job creation, the true impact of AI might lie elsewhere.

It’s time to look beyond the surface. The essence of a complex system lies not in its components but in the dynamic relationships between them. How will AI reshape our collaboration? Traditionally, humans instructed computers, but now we witness machines setting objectives for people. Prepare yourselves for a future revolution in our work methods.

What might change in how people work together? Join us as we delve into the fascinating realm of AI’s influence on our Ways of Working and learn how the unFIX model pattern library may help you survive and thrive by dynamically building your own methods.

Leveraging Emotional Intelligence to Navigate Organizational Transformation: Your secret sauce to survive change

ABOUT Speech: This keynote presentation will highlight the critical importance of being present and aware as an Organizational Transformation is underway. Understanding one’s own emotions and responses to the changes around is the first step. Once this becomes a habit, the purposeful and intentional management of those emotions is the second step.  These two steps collectively enable self-mastery.  The journey continues with a focus on others.  It is here that honest perspectives and tough realizations must occur.  A focus on others, while exemplifying self-mastery is where leveraging Emotional Intelligence (EI) adds value.  At this point, continuing to enhance EI skills and techniques will empower leadership.

The presentation will provide a clear understanding of Organizational Transformation and the responses it evokes.  It will highlight the key components and techniques of EI and provide approaches to navigate Organizational Transformation with ease. It is your choice to simply survive the Organizational Transformation or thrive through it. Please join us for this journey.

ABOUT Speech: To będzie interaktywna prelekcja o roli sprzeciwu w pracy zespołowej, o sposobach podejmowania decyzji, które preferujemy.

Transforming Organizations: The Psychology of Successful Organizational Change.

ABOUT Speech: Introducing changes in organizations is a challenge that requires not only technical skills but also a deep understanding of human emotions, reactions, and needs associated with change.

Why? Because organizational transformation, to be effective, must occur at the individual level. Without effective change at the employee level, it is impossible to ensure the delivery of expected business value.

Additionally, each of us is different: we have different experiences, personalities, and strategies for coping with stress. Therefore, a key aspect of successful transformation is understanding and addressing individual reactions and needs of employees when planning the implementation of changes.

Project managers play an extremely important role in this process. However, to be able to effectively plan and execute a change project comprehensively, they need knowledge at the intersection of psychology and management.

In this seminar, I will discuss what project managers should know and what they should take care of when planning and implementing transformation projects to provide adequate support to those affected by the change. I will also present practical examples of how to do this.

Chcemy by były niezależne i tzw. wielokompetencyjne.
