General information
The PMI PC Congress will take place on November 27–28, 2025.
Location: Hotel Airport Okęcie, Komitetu Obrony Robotników 24, 02-148 Warsaw.
The Congress is intended for experienced project management professionals, team leaders, project managers, as well as entrepreneurs and innovators interested in modern approaches to change management.
Registration and Fees

The standard ticket price is 3000 PLN (incl. VAT). PMI members receive a 20% discount. Group discounts are also available – please contact: congress@pmi.org.pl.

No. The Congress will take place exclusively in person.
Yes. The ticket includes breakfast and lunch buffets, coffee breaks, a selection of beverages (coffee, tea, water, juices), and dietary options including vegetarian and meat-based meals.
Congress Program
Yes. The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule.
Yes. Registration will take place online approximately one week before the event.
Practical Information
No. The ticket price does not include accommodation or transport.
Yes. Attendees will receive information via email regarding discounted rates at the Congress hotel. This message will be sent in advance to allow for early booking. We recommend reserving rooms early to ensure availability.
Hotel Airport Okęcie is located approximately 2 km from Chopin Airport. It is accessible by taxi, public transport, or by foot.
Yes. The hotel offers a paid underground garage (7 PLN per hour, daily rate 50 PLN) and an outdoor parking area (5 PLN per hour, daily rate 35 PLN).
No. Some sessions and workshops will be conducted in Polish, others in English. Participants may choose sessions based on their language preference and topics of interest.
Yes, single-day participation is possible. However, the registration fee covers the full two-day package. Partial refunds are not available for non-attendance.
No. Recording of sessions, workshops, presentations, or other participants is not permitted, unless in areas specifically designated by the organizer.
Yes. Wi-Fi access will be available for participants at the hotel.
PDU codes will be distributed after the event.
Business or business-casual attire is recommended. Due to long sessions and varying temperatures (air conditioning), we suggest comfortable shoes and layered clothing. While the dress code is not mandatory, it may support effective networking.
The evening event has a casual dress code – we aim for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. However, we kindly ask participants to avoid beachwear, pajamas, bathrobes, or attire that is overly revealing or inappropriate, to ensure all guests feel comfortable.
